The School Lunch Program will kick-off on October 1, 2007. Please read through the memo below and follow the new procedures. This optional Lunch Program will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. THIS YEAR ALL ORDERING WILL BE DONE VIA THE INTERNET, MENUS WILL NOT BE SENT HOME MONTHLY.  Please handle any problems or concerns directly with Simply Gourmet.

Dear Parents & Faculty at Euclid School,

Simply Gourmet is delighted to be providing your children with lunch service again this year.  Many changes have occurred over the summer and we are very excited to share those highlights with you.

EASE OF ORDERING:
We are introducing our new web site, “www.SimplyGourmetLunches.com”.
Our web site will automate ALL aspects of order processing.  You may make your menu selections on-line, pay via credit card online, and make changes on line.  (You will still be able to print a copy of your menu off the web site and send in through the manual process if so desired.)

NUTRITIONAL CHANGES:           
We have been working very closely with the state to ensure that our meal plans are within the new state nutritional guidelines required for September.  Our daily 4–part meals will now include; an entrée portion, a side portion, a fruit serving AND a vegetable serving.  A dessert portion may be purchased separately if so desired.  Each day, several additional meal choices will be available in addition to the regular entrée being offered.  Where ever possible, our bread products will be wheat or multi- grain.  As always, NOTHING is ever fried.

HELPFUL INFO PAGES:
When visiting our web site, you will be able to access additional information about allergy listings, nutritional facts, and general announcements.  The weekly nutritional levels will be listed on your monthly menus for your information.

BACK TO SCHOOL INFO:
Our website is www.SimplyGourmetLunches.com.  Menus for your school will be posted on the website on the 15th of the current month for the upcoming month.  If you would like to sign up, add days, or make changes to you child’s menu while the month is already in progress, please note that there is a 72 hour “Lock Out” period on the website.  If changes need to be made within that period of time please call the kitchen so our staff can manually make these changes for you. We will begin lunch service at your school on Monday, October 1st.
